Pribatibo Blanco

PRIBATIBO BLANCO


TIPO: Blanco.

VARIEDADES: 25% Tempranillo Blanco, 28% Viura, 26% Garnacha Blanca, 21% Sauvignon Blanc.

REGIÓN: Rioja Ata.

VIÑEDOS: 120 has. de viñedo propio rodeando la bodega.

ELABORACIÓN Y CRIANZA: Uvas procedentes de nuestros viñedos más jóvenes, plantados a casi 700 metros de altitud. Compuesto por uvas de variedades muy aromáticas, que aportan un nariz fresca, afrutada y golosa, acompañada de la complejidad en boca típica de Viura.

NOTA DE CATA: Color amarillo pajizo brillante, pálido con reflejos verdosos. Nariz intensa con aromas dulces de fruta tropical, piel de melocotón y cítricos como naranja sanguina. Envolvente en boca, con buena acidez, paso largo y persistente con fondo goloso.

La Pera

AGEINGGrapes from our young vineyards, planted at an altitude of almost 700 meters. Very aromatic varieties which give a fresh, fruity and greedy nose, joined to the complexity of the Viura on the palate. Alcoholic fermentation is done by separate and controlled in stainless steel tanks.

TASTING NOTES: Bright straw yellow colour with brilliant greenish glints. Intense on the nose with tropical fruit, peach skin and citrus aromas. Balanced and well-structured to the palate, long and with good acidity and greedy aftertaste.

Rosado

WINE: Rosé.

VARIETIES: 50% Tempranillo, 50% Mazuelo.

VINEYARDS: 120 has. of our own estate vineyards surrounding the winery.

AGEING: Handpicked grapes from vineyards over 25 years, macerated in cold the hours considered necessary to obtain a must bleed with the desired color, aroma and structure. After the debourbage, 40% is fermented in French oak barrels of 400 liters and the rest in stainless steel tanks. After the fermentation, it remains on its fine lees for a least a month, gaining density.

TASTING NOTES: BrightAttractive pale pink with light touches of fuchsia. Fresh and intense aroma of rose petals and red berries. Soft on the palate, round and delicate, it develops notes of raspberry and strawberry, ending with a long finish and full of nuances.

AGEING: 6 months in new, fine-grained, lightly charred French oak barrels.

TASTING NOTES: Straw coloured, bright, with light tones of pale gold. Sweet aromas that bring to mind pineapple jam, pastries and almond flowers. Tropical fruits and fruits in syrup, including pear and apple. An all-encompassing palate, with good acidity, protracted flavour and a sweet background.

WINESignature wine. Red wine with aging and malolactic fermentation in new French oak barrels.

VARIETIES: 95% Tempranillo, 5% Mazuelo.

VINEYARDS: 120 has. of our own estate vineyards surrounding the winery.

AGEINGGrapes harvested from the oldest vineyard on the estate. After the alcoholic fermentation and pressing, it goes directly into the barrels where it undergoes malolactic fermentation with its own lees. It remains in the new French oak barrels for a minimum of 24 months. It is bottled unfiltered with no type of clarification or stabilisation processes and it may therefore contain some sediment.

NOTA DE CATADark cherry red colour with a violet rim variation. Intense aroma with hints of hardwood and the jams of 6 different black fruits; a slight toasted flavour with notes of caramel and a balsamic background. A touch of liquorice and smooth tannins in the aftertaste.

NOTA DE CATAAtractivo color violáceo. Aromas a violetas y flores blancas sobre fondo de vainilla. Recuerdos a cerezas conforme se oxigena en la copa. Paso fresco y suave por boca, con un retrogusto acaramelado.

AGEINGAlcoholic fermentation takes place over 15 days, followed by a long post-fermentation maceration. It is then aged in first and second year French oak barrels for a minimum of 16 months, followed by a minimum of 1 year in the bottle. The wine undergoes no treatments or stabilisation processes and may therefore contain some sediment.

TASTING NOTES: The body has a ruby red hue with a violet rim variation. Floral aromas, with expressions of red fruits as it breathes in the glass. Smooth hints of balsamic on the palate, with a marked acidity on the tongue, making it a well-rounded and attractive wine.
